Based in Colombia, we aim to address social issues due to limited access to health and education, offering athletes and alternative sports a wellness space. Our challenge is to provide tools for healthy lifestyles to help individuals reach their potential. We have created strength and conditioning programs for state teams in roller skating, ballet, climbing, and free-diving.
Our mission
Lead the extreme sports community through physical training, nutrition and health
Our vission
Enhance extreme sports practitioners' motor skills with a comprehensive scientific joint training system to help athletes achieve their goals.

Responsible for overseeing the complete UX/UI design process, from desk research and wireframing to prototyping, user journey mapping, and visual quality assurance (VQA).
01. Research stage
Pain points we found in the interviews
“I have been told that the methodology at Freemove is different, but I don’t know who can explain to me what type of service they offer.”
“We recognized the need to develop a virtual training experience and create a workout repository. Medellín attracts many digital nomads, and these active travelers who train with us want to continue their training while abroad.”
“I would like to be able to make my monthly payment and have my membership activated immediately”
“I am an athlete with frequent competitions and I want to attend a gym where I can freeze my membership while I am in contests.”
Competitive analysis
I analyzed 10 competitors apps. Each app was evaluated on 14 questions based on typical user experience. As a result I found out what features bring more value to the users experience and what what difficulties users have with current solutions.

Our solutions
Time on task:
Users no longer need to contact customer support via WhatsApp or visit the gym. All information and methods are available on the website.
Conversion rate:
70% of athletes use the freeze feature at least ones per month, leading also to higher satisfaction rate.
Reducing Abandonment rate:
In response to this demand, we are committed to transitioning FreeMove into the digital realm to help users achieve their health goals.
Task success rate:
Ninety percent of users choose the convenience of paying through the website, embracing a fastest way of interaction that enhances their experience over traditional cash transactions or phone calls.
