Our mission
Lead the extreme sports community through physical training, nutrition and health
Our vission
Enhance the motor skills of extreme sports practitioners through a comprehensive joint training system based on scientific principles, in order to help athletes achieve their aspirations.
Our main challenge is to provide people with tools to adopt healthy lifestyles and thus help them reach their full potential.
We have designed and implemented strength / conditioning programs for different state teams of roller skating, ballet dancers, climbers and free-divers. We are located in Colombia and we seek through our project to solve social problems since access to good health and education is so limited. We want to offer the community of athletes and alternative sports a wellness space

All company stakeholders
Based on user research, user needs, and industry trends, we recognized the need to develop a virtual experience and create a workout repository. Medellín attracts many digital nomads, and these active travelers who train with us want to continue their training while abroad. In response to this demand, we are committed to delivering a continuously improving user experience and transitioning FreeMove into the digital realm to help users achieve their health goals.

01. Research stage
Problems we found in the interviews
“I would like to be able to filter the sessions by the coach who is going to train me. I would like to take my process with the coach who knows me best.”
“I have been told that the methodology at Freemove is different, but I don’t know who can explain to me what type of service they offer.”
“I would like to be able to make my monthly payment and have my membership activated immediately”
“I am an athlete with frequent competitions and I want to attend a gym where I can freeze my membership while I am in contests.”
Competitive analysis
I analyzed 10 competitors apps. Each app was evaluated on 14 questions based on typical user experience. As a result I found out what features bring more value to the users experience and what what difficulties users have with current solutions.
